The restaurant Yaffo in Tel-Aviv is a great example of simplicity and honesty. Designed by Baranowitz + Kronenberg Architects for famous chef Haim Cohen. Well-known chef Haim Cohen is one of the best chef’s and also one of the winners of Time Out Tel Aviv’s Eating & Drinking Awards in 2016. Restaurant De Kas Amsterdam

This beautiful decorated Restaurant De Kas and nursery is located in a set of greenhouses which date back to 1926 and used to belong to the Amsterdam Municipal Nursery. The founder and owner of De Kas, Gert Jan Hageman, is in charge of the nursery. He can be found there every day, working the soil, planting, weeding and harvesting the finest herbs and vegetables for the Restaurant’s kitchen. Opened its doors on the 1 March 2015 The Kameha Grand Zürich. It is designed by one of my favourite designers, Dutch designer Marcel Wanders. This former Cinema from the 20’s is now rebuilt into its old glory to a beautiful restaurant and bar named Razzia. Located in Zürich’s famous Seefeld quarter. The style reminds you of the swinging 20’s with velvet and leather sofa’s an enormous wine bar and dazzling chandeliers. Responsible for the refurbishing in 2014 is well known Atelier Zürich.
