A new edition and concept for Hotel Bellevue Palace the restaurant Noumi The name ‘Noumi’ comes from «numismatics» which means coins. The Noumi premises once accommodated the Bernese coin press, that is where in fact, the name derives from. A casual atmosphere with cool music played by a dj. They offer Grill, bowls and finger food, all very tasteful and appetizing.
THE INTERIOR
The interior has an urban look which you would see in a city like New York, but this is located in Bern which is the capital of Switzerland.
They are really advanced and the first restaurant with this concept in Switzerland. It is the combination of casual dining, a bar, a dj and a cool relaxed atmosphere with a variety of great food that makes the vibe.
THE BAR
The bar area where you can eat or have a drink. Listen to the relaxed sounds of the dj.
Watch the bartender while he is creating his excellent cocktails or watch the chefs preparing the food.

A glance at the menu, here some examples: Bowl: Marinated salmon | fregola sarda | grilled zucchini | cauliflower | lemon dressing. Crus: Red tuna tartar | avocado | crispy tapioca | sesame dressing. Crossovers: Steamed dumplings (shrimp or vegetable) | green papaya salad | Sichuan sauce. Char-grilled & co: Sticky pork ribs | ginger sauce | caramelized carrots also a variety of sides and for dessert some tasty sweets.

We had an amazing time in Noumi and we will like to come back any time! We also had the pleasure to stay overnight in the wonderful Hotel Bellevue Palace where restaurant Noumi is situated.
